The situation
A financial-services collections floor of forty agents ran entirely on manual dialing from spreadsheet lists. Agents spent most of each shift dialing, waiting through rings and hitting switched-off numbers; supervisors had no visibility beyond end-of-day tallies; and every conversation lived only in the agent's memory and a remarks column.
What we implemented
As an authorized INFONOBLE channel partner, we deployed NobleDialer in predictive mode for the high-volume early-bucket campaigns, with preview mode reserved for sensitive, high-value accounts. Lists were synced from the CRM with automatic retry rules for busy and unanswered numbers. Smart IVR handled inbound callbacks, routing debtors to the right queue. Every call was recorded and auto-logged against the account, and supervisors gained live dashboards with monitoring, whispering and barge-in.
What changed
Predictive pacing removed the dead time between conversations: meaningful connects per agent per shift rose 60% within six weeks. List penetration improved because retries ran systematically rather than at agent discretion. Recording and auto-disposition turned quality management from spot-checks into a daily coaching routine, and the compliance team gained a complete, searchable audio trail — a requirement the old operation simply could not meet.
Why it worked
The gain came from matching mode to campaign: predictive where volume mattered, preview where judgment did. The CRM integration ensured the productivity increase produced structured data, not just more calls.
